For a so-called 4-star hotel, you’d expect a coffee maker—oh wait, no coffee even? And no second pillow! The check-out times are practically medieval. I almost gave a decent review, but being treated like everyone else is a crime, right? I definitely expected to be pampered more with my elegant self around.

Not exactly what I expected
The check-in process was simple, and the staff were genuinely helpful. The restaurant served a memorable meal—a perfect way to cap off our holiday.

The lack of air conditioning can lead to uncomfortable nights during a heatwave, making it a bit stuffy despite keeping windows open. Bathroom privacy becomes an afterthought with sliding doors that don’t quite close off the space adequately, which might not sit well with everyone.
